Are you wondering why a tiny blinds firm sell more in London than they do in their hometown? We’re unsure as well! But we do try to offer the most contemporary blinds in the UK, and we’ve been in many ‘home’ magazines and on TV several times! Here you can see our Shojis as wardrobe doors on ‘Grand Designs’, and Shojis as blinds in London. Our Japanese range have been incredibly popular in London, and both our Japanese Vertical Blinds and our Shoji Blinds have been featured in lots of national magazines and on TV- Vertical blinds traditionally were 89mm or 127mm wide with stabilizing chains along the bottom. Japanese Vertical Blinds have woodtrim along the bottom and top- sometimes along the centre too- with no chains. They function just like normal Vertical Blinds, with tilting and drawing-back abilities, but unlike normal Vertical Blinds they really don’t look like they are ‘office blinds!
Highbury Blinds is our link to our London website! By the way, we’re called Highbury because we started out in Highbury in Nottingham, not the Highbury in London, but we regularly get people looking for our shop in London Highbury!
